Booking and cancellation policy
Payment method: 50% of the amount at the time of booking and 50% up to 20 days before check-in
Less than 30 days, the Paid amount will not be refunded
Greater than 30 days, a Letter of Credit will be issued equivalent to 50% of the amount paid
More than 60 days, a letter of credit will be issued equivalent to 70% of the Amount Paid.
Deadline for cancellation and full refund of the amount paid in Cash is 4 calendar days from the payment data.
The daily rates are for two people and include breakfast.
We accept Small Pets, however the Hospede must consult the Management about the availability to receive small animals before finalizing the reservation, we will charge an extra fee as cleaning fee of the suite.
